Fast loop with an awesome section through the pines on the back side. Good climbs, fast downhills. <a href="http://www.tripleblaze.com/camp/php/info.php?id=879" class="toplink2">Camping at Lick Fork</a> is available year-round.
"From Augusta, take 1-20 east towards S. Carolina. Take exit 1 and bear left. Continue on this road for approximately 10 miles. Lick Fork entrance is on the right. Continue on park road until it appears to end. Turn right. Continue down to the lake and park on the far side. Trail goes up, starting at the lake spillway.
